The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new business development, strategic account management, and cross-functional leadership, with expertise in managing complex sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
Identify and pursue new market opportunities across global geographies.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
Scale operations and expand client portfolios across semiconductor, software, and hi-tech industries.
Strategic Account Management
Build and nurture long-term client relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
Drive portfolio growth through innovative account strategies and tailored solutions.
Manage P&L responsibilities and ensure consistent revenue achievement.
Sales Leadership
Mentor and manage sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical and business value.
Lead RFP/RFI responses and improve win rates through strategic pricing models.
