Job Role: Sales Representative (Neurovascular & Endovascular Devices)
Experience: 3–7 Years
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
We are looking for an experienced MedTech Sales Representative to drive business growth for innovative medical technologies across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medical Device/Surgical Device Sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and experience engaging with clinicians, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
This role involves promoting advanced medical solutions, conducting product demonstrations, supporting physician training programs, and developing long-term partnerships with hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- 3–7 years of experience in Medical Device Sales or MedTech Sales.
- Experience selling Neurovascular, Endovascular, Interventional Radiology, Cardiology, or Vascular Surgery products is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of hospital sales, physician engagement, and healthcare procurement processes.
- Experience working in Operating Room (OR), Cath Lab, or Interventional Radiology (IR) environments.
- Proven success in business development, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Experience conducting product demonstrations and clinical training sessions.
- Exposure to government tenders and institutional sales is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Availability to attend conferences, customer meetings, workshops, and industry events.
- Flexibility for occasional travel and remote global sales activities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage extensive travel.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
