About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Admissions & Sales Associate to join our growing team at Wall Street Oasis. In this junior role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students exploring WSO Academy, managing our Admissions inbox and responding to inquiries from interested candidates about our programs. Working closely with the VP of Sales, you will help guide potential students through the admissions process while supporting broader sales efforts.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills, comfort with technology and automation tools, and an interest in finance and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to a high volume of Admissions inbox inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring every prospective student receives a clear and helpful reply.
- Answer sales-related questions about WSO Academy's programs, pricing, and enrollment process, guiding interested candidates toward the right next step.
- Leverage automation software and workflow tools to streamline responses, track inquiries, and improve the efficiency of the admissions pipeline.
- Support the VP of Sales with day-to-day tasks, including follow-ups, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
- Identify and escalate high-intent prospects and important inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our programs and finance-related content to accurately address candidate questions.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights on inquiry trends, common questions, and prospective-student feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Some experience in a sales, admissions, customer service, or administrative role; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage professional email correspondence and represent the WSO brand.
- Comfort with automation software, CRM tools, and email management platforms, and a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- A basic understanding of or genuine interest in finance and careers in the industry is a strong plus.
- CFA Level 1 is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, personable team player with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
