We’re Hiring: SAP FICO Group Leader (Senior Specialist)

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Group Leader (Senior Specialist) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring seamless integration with business processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP FICO modulesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutionsConfigure and customize SAP FI/CO modules based on business needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations)Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancementsSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesEnsure compliance with financial regulations and internal controlsDrive process improvements and system optimization initiatives

Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fieldMinimum 4–8 years of experience in SAP FICOStrong knowledge of FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO modulesExperience in SAP implementation or rollout projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSAP certification is a plus
