SAP Technical Specialist (Successfactors, S/4HANA)

Job ResponsibilitiesDrive timely resolution of system defects and issues to minimize business impactAct as the escalation point for application support, ensuring effective delivery of services in line with agreed SLAsTake ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with stakeholders (business users, IT teams, and senior management) to ensure prompt resolutionSupport business applications and projects, including change management, impact assessment, test script development, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration testingAssist the Project Manager in planning and executing project deliverablesLead the application support team to enhance system performance, user experience, and customer satisfactionEnsure timely completion of audit and compliance activities without escalationIdentify operational risks and work with stakeholders to implement mitigation strategiesPrepare and present monthly operational reports to business and IT leadership Job RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in application support or operationsHands-on experience with SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA is mandatory; exposure to Ariba and Oracle is an advantageStrong ownership mindset with a proactive, results-driven approachExperience managing vendor-delivered services and ensuring SLA complianceAbility to translate business needs into practical IT solutionsStrong stakeholder and vendor management skillsGood business acumen with negotiation capabilitiesCustomer-focused with the ability to manage expectations effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure, especially during critical incidentsAdaptable to a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detailExperience in hospitality (ticketing, hotels, F&B, retail systems) or digital platforms (web/mobile applications) is a plus
