Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or affiliate marketing in Shopee and Tiktok.Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data.Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.Familiar with e-commerce platforms and basic reporting tools. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Sheets / Excel.

Responsibilities:Responsible for achieving affiliate sales target by onboarding more affiliate creators and improve the sales from each creator.Develop plans and campaigns to increase affiliate sales.Identify affiliate and competitor trends in social media or e-commerce.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.Build strong relationships with marketplace partners to secure visibility and campaign support.Analyze performance data and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.Prepare and present weekly performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
