Qualifications:Bachelor's and Diploma of any majorHave a minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in Product Management / Product Marketing / Product Development in FMCG/Beauty IndustriesAble to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and motivateIn-depth understanding of the beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapeStrong marketing skills to create effective product marketing strategies and campaignsStrong research and analytical skillsKnow about online and offline campaignsExperience in end-to-end marketing (innovation to market execution)
Responsibilities:Analyze skincare and makeup trends to identify opportunities for new productsConduct surveys and gather consumer feedback to understand preferencesCollaborate with the R&D team to develop formulations and packaging that meet consumer needsOversee product development from concept to launch, including product testingWork with the Marketing team to plan strategies and promotional campaignsCollaborate with the Sales team to align sales strategies with goalsManage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery and meet expectationsAnalyze product performance metrics such as sales and consumer satisfactionRecommend product improvements and marketing strategiesManage budgets for product development and marketingMonitor expenses to ensure marketing efficiencyOrganize marketing campaigns effectively
