\nOur 2-year Graduate Program is designed to help you learn, grow, and create impact:

Year 1 – Foundation Year (Learn & Develop)

Year 2 – Stretch Assignment (Thrive & Impact)

Program Duration: February 2027 – January 2029

Who We’re Looking For
\n- \n
- \n
A recent graduate or in your final year of study
\n - \n
Studying Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic) or a related discipline
\n - \n
Passionate about digitalization, sustainability, and innovation
\n - \n
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
\n - \n
A strong problem solver with great communication skills
\n - \n
Interested in emerging technologies (data, automation, digital solutions)
\n - \n

Eligibility
\nYou must:

Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Australian PR, or
\n - \n
Hold Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) with at least 2 years validity remaining at the time of application
\n - \n
Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the previously mentioned disciplines, in 2024, 2025, or 2026
\n
