Role Description This is a contract, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an SDR / Lead Generation Executive. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
The SDR / Lead Generation Executive will schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with sales and business development teams to refine target accounts, messaging, and campaigns, and providing regular reports on lead quality, pipeline status, and market feedback. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with potential clients and present value propositions clearly. Candidates should possess Sales skills to support conversion efforts and contribute to revenue growth. Candidates should possess Business Development skills to help expand market presence and build long-term client relationships.
Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams is preferred. Prior experience in B2B technology or IT services sales is an advantage.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
