Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and conducting Board, Committee, and General Meetings.
- Draft notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions, and other secretarial documents.
- Prepare and file MCA forms and maintain statutory registers and records.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations (Investment Adviser, Alternative Investment Fund, and Mutual Fund), and other applicable laws.
- Assist in corporate actions such as share allotments, rights issues, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with Directors, Auditors, Consultants, and Regulatory Authorities for statutory and compliance matters.
- Support legal documentation, regulatory filings, and corporate secretarial activities.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and monitor statutory deadlines.
Skills:
- Good understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and corporate secretarial practices.
- Basic knowledge of SEBI Regulations (IA, AIF, and Mutual Fund) will be an advantage.
- Strong drafting, documentation, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to timelines.
Experience & Qualification:
- Company Secretary (CS) – Executive Passed
- Should have 1 to 2 years of experience
