We are building a strong, process-driven organization and are looking for individuals who bring ownership, precision, and analytical thinking to our finance function. \n Role Overview \n We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Senior Accountant who will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving accurate reporting. This role requires strong expertise in month-end closures, financial analysis, and budgeting, along with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams. \n Key Responsibilities \n ● Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements \n ● Lead and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes \n ● Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness \n ● Assist in the annual audit process, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules \n ● Monitor and analyze expense variances, providing actionable insights to management \n ● Manage and improve billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency \n ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support budgeting and forecasting activities \n ● Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls \n Qualifications \n ● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or equivalent experience) \n ● 3+ years of professional accounting experience \n ● Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting \n ● CPA / CA (preferred but not mandatory)
