Senior Admissions Counselor

About the Company

The PSBB Millennium School / PSBB Learning Leadership Academy is looking for dynamic and student-centric Admissions Counsellors with 4 + years exp to manage the end-to-end admissions process and deliver an exceptional experience to prospective parents and students.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for parents and prospective students throughout the admissions journey.
• Drive admissions by converting enquiries into successful enrollments.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for seamless student onboarding.
• Maintain accurate admission records, documentation, and MIS reports.
• Support school events, campus visits, open houses, and other admission-related initiatives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and other stakeholders to strengthen the school's brand and reputation.
• Prior experience in school admissions is mandatory.
• 4–8 years of experience in Admissions Counselling, Parent Relations, or Student Recruitment.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up, relationship management, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM/MIS tools.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 15-day/1-month notice period will be preferred.
