Job Description
Job Descriptions :Prepare and process ingredients for bakery products (bread, pastries, cakes, etc.)Follow standard recipes and procedures to produce high-quality productsOperate baking equipment and perform baking processes accuratelyEnsure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of productsDecorate bakery items when requiredMaintain product availability according to daily outlet needsEnsure cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment in accordance with hygiene and sanitation standardsCheck the quality and freshness of ingredients before useMonitor and manage stock levels of raw materialsFollow all company SOPs and safety regulations in the kitchen/outlet Requirements :Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) preferably in Hospitality Management/Culinary ArtsExperiences as a baker in a well-known bakery/shopBasic knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen equipmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented, disciplined, and passionate about bakingWilling to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidaysCreativity in bakery products is a plus
