Job Description:Lead the development and execution of strategic business initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities in local and international marketsBuild, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Lead high-level negotiations, partnerships, and commercial agreements with strategic partners and clients.Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and industry trend assessments to support long-term business strategy.Collaborate closely with senior management to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.Develop and present strategic business proposals, performance reports, and market insights to executive leadership.Monitor and evaluate business performance, revenue growth, and partnership effectiveness. Qualifications:Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or a similar strategic role.Minimum 2-5 years of experience in financial institutions, SaaS, or tech industryProven track record of successfully developing partnerships and driving business growth.Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze markets and identify growth opportunities.Experience working with multinational companiesHighly strategic, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
