Experteer Overview In this role you lead the SAP Equipment domain within a global team, guiding the ECC to S/4HANA transition and delivering standardized SAP solutions across the Equipment lifecycle. You will partner with internal stakeholders on CAPEX initiatives and ensure high-quality end-to-end processes spanning sales, supply chain, distribution, and service. The position offers high visibility and requires strong English communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will shape scalable, future‑proof SAP capabilities in a globally distributed environment.

• Act as the senior Equipment specialist within the global SAP team
• Lead functional content during the ECC to S/4HANA transition
• Ensure high-quality end-to-end processes across Equipment, sales, supply chain, distribution and service
• Safeguard delivery of complex CAPEX programs and ensure quality standards
• Translate business requirements into feasible SAP solutions
• Guide documentation, testing cycles and knowledge transfer
• Manage internal stakeholders on manufacturing-related RCIs (RCI topics)
• Support global initiatives focused on simplification, standardization and process harmonization

Responsabilidades

• Deep hands‑on SAP expertise for Equipment and Manufacturing, including configuration and integration
• End-to‑end process knowledge across Sales, Supply Chain, Distribution and Service
• Experience with S/4HANA in large-scale transitions
• Ability to coordinate across SAP domains for cohesive end-to-end solutions
• Experience with quality control and CAPEX SAP processes is a plus
• Strong English communication skills and collaboration
