Senior Executive/Executive, Procurement (Attractions & Events)

Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a resourceful and motivated procurement buyer to enable the various business units across RWS by securing the right products and services that support the company’s goals. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with commodities insight, leveraging market knowledge and intelligence, and supplier relationships to unlock business opportunities, mitigate risk and pursue sustainability goals.Strategic Procurement & Vendor ManagementLead end-to-end procurement (RFI/RFQ/RFP) for attractions and events-related solutions and services, including sourcing, negotiation, commercial analysis and award recommendationsNegotiate commercial terms to ensure value-for-money and cost efficiencyEnsure compliance with corporate procurement policies and processes2. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business needsSupport cross-functional initiatives such as benchmarking, market intelligence, and Centre of Excellence projects3.

Sustainability & CertificationPromote sustainability through initiatives like local sourcing and supplier emission reduction programsBuild knowledge of relevant product certificationsSupport department’s sustainability objectives4. Performance & KPI AchievementDrive procurement activities to meet company and team-level KPIs Job Requirements: Required QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Management, Environmental Science, Sustainability or related fields.SkillsPrior experience with Ariba or SAP would be an advantageProficiency with MS Word & MS Excel including data analysis and pivot tablesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time, task, and resource management skills
