Job Description
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Partnerships & Engagement team, working closely with the Fundraising team. Role & ResponsibilitiesManage key donor accounts which includes developing engagement/stewardship plans, conducting regular communications and tracking donationsHelp achieve the fundraising target of the department by supporting the development and implementation of the fundraising plan, including appeal letters, digital campaigns and eventsPromote and drive the growth of regular and monthly givingPrepare reports and donor data analysisAny other duties that may be assigned Qualifications & ExperienceA bachelor's degree in business managementPreferably 3 to 5 years of work experienceResourceful, self-driven, proactive, and independentHardworking and meticulous with a positive attitudeAble to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment
