Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to provide commercial and financial insight.
• Own the full P&L for multiple business areas.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Deliver meaningful financial analysis and performance reporting.
• Identify business risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Drive continuous improvement across financial reporting, systems and processes.
• Support strategic initiatives through data-driven decision making.

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• 5+ years' post-qualified experience in commercial finance or business partnering.
• Strong commercial acumen with exceptional analytical skills.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Oracle or Hyperion is advantageous.
• An experienced people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
