Foom Lab Global is on a mission to drive innovation and growth. We are expanding our leadership team and seeking an experienced Senior Investment Manager to lead our investment strategy, M&A activities, and portfolio management at a regional level.

What You’ll DoLead the development and execution of Foom Lab Global’s investment strategy, including M&A, strategic partnerships, and capital allocation.Source, evaluate, and negotiate investment opportunities aligned with the company’s long-term growth objectives.Oversee financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes for investment and acquisition targets.Manage portfolio companies and provide strategic guidance to maximize value creation.Collaborate with senior leadership to align investment decisions with corporate strategy and business expansion.Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, advisors, and key stakeholders.Mentor and guide the investment team, ensuring high-quality analysis and execution.

What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or strategy consulting.Proven track record of leading successful investment transactions (M&A, equity/debt financing, or strategic partnerships).Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.Strategic thinker with strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
