Senior IT Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system
• Identify, analyze and resolve technical issues in systems, applications, databases, hardware and software
• Develop in ADVPL
• Handle requests in the Fiscal and Accounting modules
• Make adjustments and optimizations to ensure systems operate correctly and provide the best user experience
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on software and hardware
• Implement new features, fixes and updates
• Respond to tickets submitted via the portal
• Make adjustments to developed systems

Requirements

• Knowledge of Protheus infrastructure
• Programming in ADVPL
• Knowledge of Accounting and Fiscal modules
• Previous experience in the role
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
