Job Title: Senior Manager – Solution Sales & Channel Partnerships
Location: Bengaluru
Reporting To: Associate Director – Corporate Development
Job Summary
Sagility is seeking a highly driven and commercially oriented professional to lead solution sales and channel partnership initiatives. This role will be responsible for building and scaling strategic partnership-led revenue channels by identifying, developing, and operationalizing alliances that strengthen Sagility’s go-to-market strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in solution selling, pre-sales, partner ecosystem development, and commercial strategy from technology-led organizations. This role will operate at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and solutioning to create scalable, repeatable revenue streams through indirect and partner-led channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Strategy & Partnership Development
- Expand Sagility’s go-to-market ecosystem beyond traditional consulting and referral partnerships.
- Identify, build, and operationalize strategic channel partnerships aligned to Sagility’s core offerings and growth priorities.
- Develop alternative revenue channels including:
- Technology partnerships
- Platform alliances
- Private equity ecosystems
- Portfolio company networks
- Establish structured partner engagement models to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
2. Solution-Led Partnership Execution
- Design and implement solution-based partnerships similar to existing alliance models.
- Package Sagility’s capabilities into structured, repeatable, and scalable offerings for channel partners and indirect sales ecosystems.
- Work closely with internal practice, delivery, and solution teams to ensure partner offerings are commercially viable and operationally scalable.
- Drive partner enablement frameworks to improve adoption and market effectiveness.
3. Solution Sales & Pre-Sales Enablement
- Leverage solution selling and pre-sales expertise to support partnership-driven sales motions.
- Lead and support:
- Client problem discovery and solution articulation
- RFP / RFQ responses
- Commercial deal structuring
- Proposal development
- Client presentations and executive solution positioning
- Equip partners with the right sales narratives, value propositions, and collateral to position Sagility’s offerings effectively.
4. Revenue Enablement & Commercial Growth
- Build repeatable and scalable revenue models through strategic partnerships rather than one-off transactions.
- Support deal qualification, solution design, and commercial strategy in partner-led opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to accelerate pipeline creation, deal conversion, and market expansion.
- Track partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue outcomes.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, Practice, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment on market strategy and client needs.
- Translate market, client, and partner feedback into solution enhancements and GTM improvements.
- Drive internal alignment between commercial objectives and partner ecosystem strategies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Education & Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience:
- 8–12+ years of experience in solution sales, pre-sales, strategic partnerships, channel sales, or alliance management.
- Strong background in technology companies, SaaS, digital platforms, or technology-enabled services.
- Proven experience in:
- Solution selling
- Deal structuring
- Enterprise partnerships
- Revenue channel development
- Experience working in BPO/BPM, healthcare, or digital transformation environments will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in AI-enabled platforms, enterprise technology solutions, or SaaS ecosystems.
- Exposure to partner-led GTM models, marketplace partnerships, or PE-backed ecosystem selling.
- Experience in building indirect revenue channels and scalable alliance frameworks.
