Senior Production Associate (Printing)

Responsibilites :Supervise and coordinate the entire production process, ensuring that production goals are met on time.Allocate tasks to team members based on production schedules and capacities.Conduct regular inspections to ensure that products meet company and industry standards.Investigate and resolve production quality issues in a timely manner.Schedule and manage shifts, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity.Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies.Maintain accurate records of production outputs, defects, and downtime.Ensure all products are high quality according to brand standard Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile EngineeringMinimum 3 years working experience as Production Lead (handle textile printing process)Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address production issues quickly.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to communicate effectively.Willingness to learn and open for opportunity to grow.Willing to be placed in our Factory located in Subang, West Java.
