Description
- Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Effectively and seamlessly manage multiple projects at a time.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project performance and implement changes to stay on track with goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all sites.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients.
- Manage procurement and contracts to secure resources and services efficiently.
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure team cohesion and project success.

Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- A solid background in construction management.
- Experience with ground up / renovations for institutional and commercial projects, and industrial restoration projects.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A commitment to safety and quality standards in all projects.
