Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading quality assurance initiatives, ensuring compliance with medical device regulations, and overseeing QA processes throughout the product lifecycle. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining quality management systems, conducting internal and external audits, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, and reporting to senior leadership on quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.. The candidate will be responsible for overall quality at manufacturing stage , outsourcing stage , assembly stage and pre dispatch . The candidate should have high experience in precision component manufacturing industry.

Should have independently understanding of all manufacturing processes Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Assurance processes, including QMS design, implementation, and audits Deep understanding of medical device regulations such as ISO 13485, FDA guidelines, and MDR compliance Experience in product testing, validation, and implementing process improvements Leadership skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate across departments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Clear and effective communication capability, both written and verbal Ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment with an adaptable and collaborative mindset Prior experience in the medical devices or healthcare manufacturing domain is a strong advantage Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
