We are seeking a Senior Sales Advisor with a strong track record in consultative sales and revenue generation. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in handling high-value leads, managing the complete sales cycle, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with qualified leads and understand their requirements.
- Conduct professional product consultations via phone and virtual meetings.
- Present our certification and training programs effectively.
- Handle objections and negotiate professionally.
- Convert enquiries into successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective clients and manage the complete sales pipeline.
- Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with team leaders and management to improve sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong objection handling and negotiation abilities.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Professional attitude with excellent follow-up skills.
