Job Description
Job Title: Enterprise Sales

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll own the full sales cycle — from identifying high-potential prospects to sealing strategic deals. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
- Build and execute a strategic sales plan to grow Netweb's market share across targeted verticals (Government, Education, Research Organizations, and more).
- Identify and win new enterprise and data center accounts through smart prospecting, cold calling, and meaningful follow-ups with key decision-makers.
- Champion Netweb's product portfolio — including Data Centre solutions (Servers/Storage), DC/DR solutions, Standalone Servers, and Workstations — and position them compellingly against the competition.
- Nurture and expand existing client relationships for long-term retention and revenue growth.
- Represent Netweb at trade shows, marketing events, and industry forums to generate quality leads.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while managing day-to-day sales operations with precision and professionalism.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of experience selling computer hardware, servers, storage, or enterprise IT solutions to corporate, channel, or data center accounts.
- A proven track record of cold calling success and follow-through with C-level and IT decision-makers.
- Solid technical knowledge across Servers, Workstations, Storage, HPC, HCI, Private Cloud, and Networking.
- Exposure to leading OEM solutions such as HPE, Dell, NVIDIA, NetApp, DDN, VMware, and Nutanix.
- Bonus points for familiarity with AI / ML / Deep Learning / Generative AI / Physical AI solutions.
- Fluent English is a must; proficiency in local languages is a definite plus.
- Sharp skills in pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, and territory management.
- A persuasive communicator with polished presentation and negotiation abilities.
