Key Responsibilities

Deployment & Implementation

• Execute onsite deployment of ManageEngine across assigned airport locations2) Set up local distribution points (PCs) as per provided documentation3) Deploy images, drivers, applications, and patch packages4) Validate deployment touchpoints and ensure successful rollout

Site Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with SITA local FE/CSO teams and stakeholders2) Execute deployments within approved maintenance windows3) Handle independent deployments at remote sites

Reporting & Documentation

• Share daily progress reports until completion2) Generate validation and sign-off reports3) Coordinate with SMEs for issue resolution

Post-Deployment Transition

• Support knowledge transfer to operations teams2) Provide complete documentation for handover

Scope of Deployment

• Multiple airport sites across APAC2) Endpoint volumes ranging from ~100 to ~850 per site3) Approx. 1 week per site (based on deployment window and size)

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)

• Hands-on experience in endpoint deployment / desktop rollout projects2) Strong knowledge of:3) OS Imaging & Deployment4) Patch Management5) Software/Application Deployment6) Experience working with endpoint management tools (ManageEngine or similar like SCCM, Intune, etc.)

Ability to:

• Follow structured deployment documentation2) Set up local distribution points3) Perform validation and reporting4) Willingness and ability to travel extensively across sites5) Strong troubleshooting and basic networking understanding6) Good communication skills for coordination with onsite and remote teams

Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)

• Prior experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central2) Experience working in airport / aviation / secure environments3) Exposure to SaaS-based deployment environments4) Understanding of ITIL processes5) Experience in handling multi-country / APAC deployments6) Ability to work independently in low-support environments7) Experience in generating deployment dashboards or advanced reports

Travel & Compliance

• Extensive travel required across deployment locations2) Must comply with airport security and access requirements3) SITA/local teams will assist with access and coordination
