LOCATION: Kanakapura-Mysore, KAR

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer-Civil located on-site at Kanankapura-Mysore micro market and experienced in site supervision in past. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, analyzing blueprints, implementing civil engineering designs, coordinating with architects & sub-contractors, construction material management and ensuring quality and safety standards are met at the allotted sites. Additional responsibilities include effective planning, monitoring project timelines, and daily coordination with the on-site project labour team to ensure the project progresses smoothly.

The role requires staying at the site accommodation and carrying out the responsibilities on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Site supervision
• Strong expertise in Civil Engineering principles and application
• Experience with project Planning and labour management
• Ability to collaborate directly with other team members and professionals on & off site
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Relevant certifications in construction safety are a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively on-site
• Track record of timely deliveries of projects worked on
• Expert in critical thinking and identifying snags and reporting the same to the seniors
• Self starter and a go getter
