Site Manager | Cork | €75,000 - €80,000

We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a pharmaceutical construction project in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor on a high-profile project, where prior pharmaceutical construction experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site operations and subcontractor activities.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards.
• Coordinate site teams, labour, and resources.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

• Relevant construction qualification or trade background.
• 5+ years' Site Management experience.
• Previous experience delivering pharmaceutical construction projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations.
• Proven ability to manage teams and programmes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
