Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The person in this role will manage and grow client social media channels by planning calendars, publishing content, and monitoring performance across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, coordinating with design and content teams, writing and optimizing captions and posts, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
The Social Media Manager will track key metrics, prepare performance reports, and use insights to refine campaigns and improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Additional tasks include community management, responding to audience interactions, staying updated on trends, and contributing ideas for creative campaigns and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing skills, with experience managing brand accounts and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan effective content calendars and craft engaging platform-specific copy.
- Candidate should be able to overlook professional shoots & be adept in executing phone shoots
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interaction, internal collaboration, and clear presentation of ideas and reports.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics), basic understanding of digital marketing funnels, and familiarity with current social media trends.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Prior experience in a marketing agency / F&B marketing or a related field are preferred.
