About the role :We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the Marketing Manager in executing brand strategies and engaging campaigns that reflect the spirit of House of Kairos. Your work will directly shape the voice, aesthetic, and presence of our brand across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement marketing strategies and campaigns• Create and schedule engaging content for social media, newsletters, and our website• Maintain our brand voice and visual identity across all digital platforms• Assist in planning and executing events, partnerships, and community outreach programs• Coordinate production of marketing materials in line with brand guidelines• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, reporting insights to the team• Keep clear and organized records of campaign performance and marketing initiatives

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or similar role• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proficiency in managing social media, content creation, and scheduling tools• A keen eye for design and detail, with a passion for lifestyle, wellness, and community
