Overview of the positionThe Social Worker will be responsible for conducting due diligence on environmental and human rights within the West Java area. This includes arranging training, leading the inclusive strategy, directing reports to the manager to ensure goal achievement, and fostering a positive impact.
ResponsibilitiesDirecting report to manager line and coordinating with the team Conducting the module and creating the resources of training related to inclusive activity Coordinating with the team and working hand in hand in the field to create a positive work environment and supporting farmers Develop and maintain a program schedule precisely, as well as achieve Regional KPI Identify and address any issue related to Human rights, child labor as well as related Human Rights and Environmental due diligence (HREDD) in farmers' environment and supply chain.Lead implementation and proper roll out of CLMRS, FLMRS, ASC, and any other process related to the compliance of the coffee supply chain with Human Rights in the working area assigned.
RequirementsBachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields such as Communications, Social Sciences, Public Relations, International Relations, Non-profit Management, or a related discipline. Proven experience (e.g.) in partnership management and community engagement, stakeholder relations, as well as working as a team.Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships.Experience in project management and coordination, especially in multi-stakeholder environments.Having experience in facilitating effective communication to the community, also could work in rural communities and with farmers.Able to work both independently and in a team effectively. Good organizational, able to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously, including some within tight deadlines.Good communication skills, written and oral in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Able to understand the needs of international colleagues despite possible language barriers.
