Speech and Language Pathologist

Company Description Eleve Therapy Hub – Child Development Center is a multidisciplinary clinic in Hyderabad offering evidence-based early intervention and therapy for infants and children with developmental differences. The team designs individualized therapy plans that integrate occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, and physiotherapy, guided by formal assessments and clear progress measures. Clinicians specialize in supporting neurodivergent children (including those with ASD, ADHD, and developmental language disorders), as well as children with sensory processing differences, motor delays, and feeding or communication challenges.

Services include clinic-based sessions, parent coaching, school collaboration, and small-group programs that build social, communication, and adaptive skills. The center follows a strengths-focused, play-based, and family-centered approach grounded in current research and best practices.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech and Language Pathologist based at Eleve Therapy Hub in Hyderabad. The Speech and Language Pathologist will conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and deliver one-on-one and small-group sessions. Daily responsibilities include setting measurable goals, documenting progress, and collaborating closely with caregivers, educators, and an interdisciplinary team of therapists.

The role involves providing family training and home program guidance to support skill generalization across home, school, and community settings. The Speech and Language Pathologist will also participate in case discussions, contribute to program development, and stay updated on current evidence and best practices in pediatric speech-language therapy.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical expertise in Speech Therapy and management of Communication Disorders, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency in assessing and treating Speech sound disorders and Language Disorders in infants and children across developmental levels.
• Knowledge and practical skills in evaluating and managing Dysphagia and pediatric feeding or swallowing difficulties, including safe feeding strategies.
• Recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (e.g., BASLP, MASLP, M.Sc. SLP) from an accredited institution; relevant registration or licensure as applicable.
• Experience or strong interest in working with neurodivergent children (e.g., ASD, ADHD, developmental language disorder) in a child-centered, family-focused setting.
• Effective interpersonal, counseling, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with families and school partners.
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and culturally sensitive practice, along with openness to ongoing learning, supervision, and evidence-based professional development.
