Job Title: Senior Director - Human ResourcesReporting to: VP - Human Resources

Position Overview
The Senior Director - Human Resources is responsible for shaping and executing the global people strategy while ensuring strong day-to-day HR delivery across regions. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on leadership, ensuring that HR initiatives translate into measurable employee experience, workforce stability, and organizational effectiveness.The role requires a leader who can operate at enterprise strategy level while remaining deeply connected to execution, governance, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Workforce PlanningDefine and execute the global HR strategy aligned with business prioritiesLead workforce planning, capability planning, and future-ready org designTranslate business goals into people programs with clear outcomesDrive consistency in HR philosophy across geographies2. Employee Experience & EngagementOwn the hire-to-exit employee experience frameworkEnsure high-quality onboarding, engagement, ER, and exit experiencesMonitor engagement, eNPS, attrition, and early-tenure risk indicatorsPartner with regional HR teams to implement EX improvements on the ground3.
HR Operations, Payroll & ComplianceProvide leadership oversight for HR operations, payroll, and statutory complianceEnsure HR systems and processes are efficient, accurate, and scalableMaintain strong governance, controls, and audit readinessResolve escalated operational issues and systemic gaps4. Regional HR Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and coach regional HR heads and HR partners across geographiesEnsure strong execution of HR programs at the location levelBuild leadership capability and succession within the HR functionSet clear performance expectations and accountability5. Employee Relations & Risk ManagementAct as escalation authority for complex or high-risk employee relations mattersEnsure ER cases are handled fairly, consistently, and legally soundPartner with legal and leadership teams on sensitive people issuesProactively identify and mitigate people-related risks6.
Manager Enablement & Business PartnershipStrengthen manager capability in onboarding, feedback, performance, and engagementAct as a trusted advisor to senior business leadersCoach leaders on people decisions, culture, and organizational healthBalance employee advocacy with business requirements7. Data, Metrics & HR GovernanceOwn HR dashboards and metrics across:Employee experienceEngagement and attritionER trendsHR operations performanceUse insights to drive corrective actions and improvementsEnsure disciplined governance, documentation, and follow-through
Experience & QualificationsRequired18+ years of progressive HR leadership experienceProven experience in multi-location or global HR rolesStrong background in: Employee Experience, Employee Relations, HR Operations & GovernancePreferredSHRM-SCP, SPHR/GPHR (HRCI), or CIPD Level 7 ; additional certifications in employee relations, change management, or HR analytics are an advantage.Experience in fast-growing or transforming organizationsExposure to HR technology and system-driven HR models
