Store Campaign Specialist (Trade Activation)

Key responsibilities:Design and implement store campaigns and sales activation programs for general trade channels.Monitor campaign performance, compile and analyze sales and field data, and identify trends and improvement opportunities.Develop clear action plans and produce concise impact reports with insights and visualizations for stakeholders.Coordinate with sales, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure timely execution and alignment. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.1–2 years of experience in trade activation, trade marketing, sales operations, or a related role.Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.Able to read, interpret, and draw insights from sales/performance data.Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel; comfortable with Slides/PowerPoint.Able to create visually effective reports (dashboards, charts) and translate data into actionable recommendations.Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
