Position: System Architect Lead

About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and visionary System Architect Lead to drive the design and orchestration of enterprise-grade systems. This role is responsible for defining and implementing robust, accurate, secure, and comprehensive system architectures that align with business goals and technology strategies. You will lead architectural decisions, ensure system integrity, and collaborate across engineering, security, and business teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.

What You Will Do?Lead the end-to-end system architecture design, including application, integration, and infrastructure layersDefine and enforce architecture standards, principles, and best practicesDesign secure, scalable, and highly available systems across multiple platformsOrchestrate integration between internal and external systems (APIs, middleware, microservices)Ensure system design meets performance, reliability, and security requirementsConduct architecture reviews and provide technical governance across projectsCollaborate with stakeholders (Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security) to translate business needs into technical solutionsIdentify and mitigate technical risks and architectural gapsLead and mentor solution architects and senior engineersEvaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and frameworksEnsure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and data protection policiesSupport incident analysis and continuous improvement of system architecture

What You Will Need?Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum 8–12 years of experience in software engineering or system architectureProven experience as a System Architect / Solution Architect / Technical LeadStrong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectureExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Solid knowledge of API design, integration patterns, and middlewareFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Strong understanding of security architecture and best practicesExperience in high-availability and high-throughput systemsWilling to be placed in Pulomas, East Jakarta
