Talent Acquisition Project Executive - 1 year Fixed Term Contract

Role Purpose

This is a dynamic, development-focused role combining recruitment delivery, employer branding, project management and talent marketing. You will drive high-volume hiring campaigns, support international attraction initiatives, and build innovative early careers pipelines while strengthening Rehab's employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple service areas
• Design and execute employer branding initiatives across digital and social platforms
• Support international recruitment campaigns and cross-border talent attraction
• Develop early careers pathways including graduate, internship and entry-level programmes
• Plan and deliver recruitment events including career fairs, open days and community engagement activities
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver strong, candidate-focused recruitment experiences
• Build talent pipelines using proactive sourcing, marketing campaigns and networking strategies
• Use recruitment data and insights to optimise attraction strategies
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and strong stakeholder engagement

What We're Looking For

1-3 years' experience in recruitment, marketing, HR or related field with a strong interest in talent attraction. A proactive mindset, creativity, strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
