- Eligibility: Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria for the V.I.E programme managed by Business France.
- Compensation: In accordance with the official V.I.E allowance set by Business France.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Cork office and help us attract exceptional talent across multiple international markets.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping EFOR's international growth.
You'll work hand in hand with our directors and hiring managers across Europe, acting as a trusted recruitment partner while delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for the Irish business, while supporting international hiring initiatives across Europe.
- Partner closely with our directors and hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
- Proactively source and headhunt high-calibre professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and market mapping.
- Conduct in-depth competency-based interviews to assess technical expertise, motivation and cultural fit.
- Present and advise hiring managers on the best talent available in the market.
- Bachelor's or master's degree, or relevant professional experience.
- Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or within a recruitment consultancy. Previous experience recruiting technical, engineering or Life Sciences profiles is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in direct sourcing and headhunting, particularly through LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent organisational skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential. Additional European languages are a strong advantage.
