Location: Bon Secours Hospital Tralee (On-site Requirement)
Contract: Fixed Term Duration: August 2027 Tenure: Full-Time
Salary: Aligned to Grade VI Salary Scale (€58,411 - €71,441LSI)
We are delighted to announce an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role carries responsibility recruitment for Bon Secours Hospital Tralee, supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care by ensuring we attract and retain the very best talent. The role may also support recruitment activity for Bon Secours Hospital Cork and the Care Village, providing exposure to a wider regional portfolio and a diverse range of clinical and non‑clinical roles.

The Role
- Partnering with managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Support onboarding and induction programmes to set new hires up for success.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and recruitment policies.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote Bon Secours as an Employer of Choice.
Onsite requirement min 4 days per week in Bon Secours Hospital offices in Monavalley Industrial Estate, Tralee.
Qualifications
- Essential: Third‑level qualification (NFQ Level 7 or above) in Human Resource Management or a related field; or QQI Level 5/6 qualification with substantial and relevant experience.
- Desirable: CIPD qualification; Postgraduate qualification in HR or related field.
Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a complex multi department organisation.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance requirements.
- Experience in Workday or similar ATS.
- Experience in Healthcare Environment (Desirable).
Particulars of Office
- Contract: Fixed term contract until August 2027
- Salary: Negotiable (commensurate with experience)
- Annual Leave: 30 days per annum, pro rata
