We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Manager - Tech/Product Recruiting to lead hiring for our Technology and Product functions. This role will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and scaling high-impact teams in a fast-paced, consumer-tech environment.
Reporting to: Director TA
You will play a critical role in shaping Licious' hiring strategy and ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent across Engineering, Product Management, Design, and Data.

- Talent Strategy & Stakeholder ManagementPartner with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into actionable hiring plansAct as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategiesDrive workforce planning and prioritisation across roles and teams2. End-to-End Recruitment OwnershipOwn full-cycle recruiting for mid to senior-level roles across Tech and ProductDrive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure with a strong focus on candidate experienceEnsure high-quality hiring with strong evaluation frameworks and structured interviews3. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline DevelopmentBuild and maintain strong pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill rolesLeverage multiple channels including LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and eventsDevelop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive talent4. Hiring Process ExcellenceImprove hiring efficiency (TAT, funnel conversion, quality of hire) through data-driven insightsDesign and implement scalable hiring processes, tools, and dashboardsEnsure consistency, fairness, and a high bar in hiring decisions5. Employer Branding & Candidate ExperienceStrengthen Licious' employer brand in the Tech/Product talent marketEnsure a seamless and engaging candidate experience across all touchpointsCollaborate with marketing and leadership for talent branding initiatives6. We hope that you have
6-10 years of experience in Tech/Product hiring, preferably in consumer internet, SaaS, or high-growth startupsProven track record of hiring for roles such as SDEs, Product Managers, Designers, and Data rolesStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsExperience in managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle independentlyData-driven mindset with experience in using metrics to improve hiring outcomesPrior experience in managing or mentoring recruiters is a plus
