We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our corporate hiring function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring processes, and building a strong talent pipeline to support organizational growth. Role & responsibilities :Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate rolesPartner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planningDevelop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talentManage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targetsEnsure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycleDrive employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attractionTrack and analyze recruitment metricsBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future rolesEnsure compliance with company policies and hiring standards Preferred candidate profile:7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on corporate hiringStrong stakeholder management and business partnering skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMBA/PGDM in HR or related field
