In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop and execute recruitment and sourcing strategies that align with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing channels, market research, and industry insights.
- Provide full-cycle recruiting support, including job posting creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define role requirements, assess talent needs, and recommend effective hiring strategies.
- Leverage recruitment technologies, analytics, and reporting tools to improve recruiting effectiveness, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Promote and represent the Emerson employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
- Participate in talent acquisition projects, initiatives, and process enhancements that improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, candidates, and external partners.
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, talent market trends, candidate assessment approaches, and workforce insights.
- Foster engagement within talent communities to support current and future hiring needs.
- Support training and knowledge sharing related to recruiting processes, systems, and tools.
- Collaborate in the evaluation and management of recruitment vendors and external partners when applicable.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment regulations, labor laws, and applicable regional requirements.
- Support governance processes, documentation requirements, reporting activities, and compliance initiatives to ensure a consistent and equitable hiring process.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, assessment, selection, and offer processes for Brazilian market
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
- Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Strong business acumen and the ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
- Ability to gather, analyze, interpret, and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Knowledge of employment practices, labor regulations, equitable hiring principles, and inclusive recruitment strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
- Experience driving process consistency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment technologies, such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud, LinkedIn, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Training or certification in behavioral interviewing, candidate assessment, or talent acquisition best practices.
- Experience recruiting for technical, specialized, or professional roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage recruitment data accurately and efficiently.
- Experience supporting recruitment initiatives across multiple business units, functions, or geographic regions.
