This position requires a deep understanding of tax rules related to employee benefits, retirement plans, and executive compensation.
The Director/Partner will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure compliance with tax laws, provide strategic guidance, and contribute to the overall success of the organization./ppResponsibilities:/pulliProvide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients to optimize employee benefits, including qualified plan documents and design, health and welfare plans, non-qualified deferred compensation, retirement planning and executive compensation./liliUnderstand IRAs, Roth IRAs, SEPs and other plan alternatives and how it fits into an individuals overall tax strategy.
