Notice: Immediate to 30days notice Location: Pan India Technical Analyst – WMS Technical Support (Warehouse Management System Technical Analyst) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Management System (WMS) Technical Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize warehouse management applications and related supply chain systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in WMS configuration, database management, SQL/PLSQL development, system integrations, and production support. This role requires close collaboration with warehouse operations, supply chain teams, and technology stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize WMS parameters, workflows, business rules, and system settings to align with warehouse operational requirements. Provide day-to-day technical support for WMS applications and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for system issues, identify recurring problems, and implement permanent corrective actions.
Support system deployments, upgrades, patches, and go-live activities, including hypercare support. Develop and execute complex SQL and PL/SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, reporting, and performance analysis. Analyze warehouse operational data, monitor KPIs, and identify trends to improve productivity and system effectiveness.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot system integrations between WMS, ERP, transportation, and other supply chain applications. Support interface development, middleware integrations, and data exchange processes.
Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure system availability, performance, and security. Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, support procedures, and knowledge base articles. Participate in testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation.
Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) support, implementation, or technical analysis. Strong experience in WMS configuration, workflow management, and business rule setup. Advanced proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX development and support. Strong knowledge of database management, data analysis, and reporting. Experience troubleshooting application, interface, and data-related issues.
Understanding of supply chain, warehousing, inventory management, and fulfillment processes. Experience working with integration middleware and API-based system integrations. Knowledge of incident management, change management, and release management processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Oracle WMS Cloud, Manhattan WMS, Blue Yonder WMS, or similar WMS platforms. Exposure to supply chain architecture and enterprise application ecosystems.
Experience supporting automated warehouse technologies, robotics, conveyors, sortation systems, and material handling equipment. Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, EDI transactions, and integration frameworks. Familiarity with cloud-based applications and SaaS environments.
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
