Job Description:MSSG is looking for a Technical Programme Manager for managing the end-to-end technology book of work across platforms, infrastructure, and change initiatives. The role acts as the central point of coordination between business, technology, vendors, and stakeholders, while also performing business analysis to ensure requirements are clearly defined and delivered.
This role supports requires strong delivery discipline, hands-on programme management, and deep familiarity with Agile practices and JIRA-based tracking
Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the overall technology book of work, including prioritisation, planning, dependencies, and delivery trackingAct as a bridge between business and technology, gathering requirements and translating them into clear functional and technical deliverablesPerform business analysis activities including process mapping, requirement definition, and impact analysisDrive programme governance, status reporting, risk and issue management, and dependency trackingEstablish and maintain JIRA dashboards to provide transparent visibility of delivery progress, risks, and capacityApply Agile practices to support sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery cadenceCoordinate delivery across multiple technology teams, vendors, and stakeholdersEnsure initiatives align with regulatory, operational, and control requirements relevant to securities trading
Required Skills and Qualifications: At least 10 years of experience in technology programme management, project management, or delivery rolesHands-on experience using JIRA, including dashboard creation, workflow configuration, and reportingSolid understanding of Agile and Scrum practicesStrong business analysis capability, including requirement gathering and documentationExperience delivering technology change in securities trading or brokerage environmentsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives
Preferred Skills: Prior experience supporting securities trading brokers or capital markets platformsExposure to front-office, middle-office, or post-trade systemsFamiliarity with regulatory and operational considerations in regulated financial environmentsExperience working with distributed or offshore technology teamsRelevant certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2
