Technical Support for Cybersecurity Systems

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct IT onboarding and provision necessary assets • Solve technical issues via phone, email, and in-person • Ensure endpoint configurations remain secure and updated • Troubleshoot network connectivity and configuration challenges • Create documentation for IT policies and employee use

Requirements: • Experience in IT support or similar roles required • Strong expertise in MacOS and associated software • Must have JAMF or Apple Device Management experience • Relevant IT certifications are a plus • Excellent communication skills for user interaction
