Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Customer Success Manager at AppX (YC S21). The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer data, retaining customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Day to DayEstablish clear client retention goalsProcess milestones for the clients and employees to work towardAssist customers with setting up and navigating programs or softwarePromote the value of the productUpsell services and products with the brand imagePromote value through customer experienceAssist in creating training courses and educational materialsReview customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
Role RequirementsPrior work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role with an E-Learning or Ed-Tech industry.Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationshipsTechnical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or serviceAccountability and personal organization are essentialExperience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standardsMust be fluent in English and MarathiEducation background- Min B.tech/BE/BSC
