Job Description:As a Telemarketing Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of telemarketers to achieve individual and team sales targets. You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, promoting fintech lending products, and ensuring excellent customer service standards in line with company goals. Key Responsibilities:Lead, supervise, and motivate the telemarketing team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.Monitor and evaluate team performance, provide coaching and regular feedback for improvement.Develop call scripts and telemarketing strategies aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.Train new team members and provide refresher training for existing staff.Ensure proper lead management, including assigning call lists and tracking outcomes.Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, promotions, and offers.Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints when needed.Prepare reports on performance metrics, call conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.Maintain compliance with regulatory standards in financial promotions and customer communication.Continuously seek ways to improve call quality, sales effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful campaigns.Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is highly preferred.Familiar with CRM systems and telemarketing tools.Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
