Primary Job Role:Telesales Staff/Representative is responsible for contacting potential clients via phone, offering company products, and providing relevant product information. The primary goal is to convert potential prospects into customers by explaining product benefits, addressing any concerns they may have, and achieving the sales targets set by the company. Job Description:Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to clients based on company-provided data.Product Offering: Present and explain products to clients, ensuring they fully understand the benefits and features.Client Engagement: Engage clients in productive conversations to encourage product usage.Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve client concerns related to product usage, ensuring customer satisfaction.Target Achievement: Maintain a strong commitment to meeting company-set sales targets.Negotiation: Contact and negotiate with customers, providing clear and convincing explanations of product value over the phone.Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects and clients to maintain engagement and sustained interest. Job Qualifications:Minimum 1 years' working experience in Telemarketing or Telesales.Minimum Senior High School or Bachelor degree is a plus.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Strong sense of responsibility and a team player.Able to work with deadlines and high pressure, positive, and responsible attitude required.Prefer specialized in loan product telemarketing experience from Fintech / Banking.
