About the Role:
Drive profitable growth within the Dairy segment by partnering with customers to improve operational efficiency, food safety, and product quality through tailored cleaning and sanitation solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will strengthen customer relationships, maximize retention, expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling, and win new business to deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth.
Experience Range: 2+ Years
Must-Have Skills: B2B Sales, Chemical Sales in F&B/Dairy Industry, New Client Acquisition, Existing Customer Growth, Cross-selling, Upselling, and Customer Retention.
Location: Bangalore
In this role you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct on-site quality testing, inspections and audits to help customers identify and address potential contamination or hygiene issues.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance when issues arise with Ecolab products or services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure account health and identify areas for improvement.
